漆包机特点


1、环保:有组织排放配置三次催化设备,无组织排放要求对烘炉前后进行密封回收处理,漆箱、漆桶全部密封。
2、节能:蒸汽与烘干箱采用余热利用装置,0.10mm以上规格使用热风循环设备,整机电耗低。
3、噪音:采用无声设计,相关传动部位(滚筒、收线盘等)都要进行动平衡校验,减少震动与噪声。
4、大盘化:0.10mm以下可收线重量达15kg,可按用户要求设计更大收线重量。
5、自动化:多头漆包机可采用激光排线、自动换盘、自动张力控制,设备具有开机不换盘停头、光铜丝自动停头功能。
6、漆膜自动调整:在收线前安装激光测径仪对每一条线进行线径检测,并根据测出的线径数据大小调节漆辊的转速,从而调节漆膜的厚度。
7、设备监视:烘炉、退火炉温度,传动与液位(含涂油、漆箱、漆槽)装置全部含有报警功能,将线径漆膜、收线重量对应的头号等传送到本机电脑主页面显示。
8、信息化:收线重量等实时数据、断线和换盘信号、所有报警信号、耗电量等全部连接到本地主机。多台漆包机的数据可以通过网络连接到办公室或手机,供管理人员及时了解机台的运行情况。

6. Auto-adjust the thickness of the paint film: Install a laser diameter gauge to check each line diameter before winding, and adjust the speed of the enamel roller according to the measured line diameter data size, so as to adjust the thickness of the enamel film.
7. Equipment monitoring: temperature of the oven, annealing furnace, transmission and liquid level (including oil, enamel tank, enamel applicator) devices all contain alarm function. Data of wire diameter, thickness of enamel film, take-up weight corresponding to which line can be transmitted and displayed on the computer of this machine.
8. Informatization: Real-time data such as take up weight, disconnection and change over signals, all alarm signals, power consumption and so on are connected to the local host. Data from multi-lines wire enameled machines can be connected to offices or mobile phones over the network for managers to keep abreast of the machine's performance.
